Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

The Surf Club, located inside the Four Seasons Hotel, offers a Michelin-star-rated dining experience. The elegant and elaborate dining room is the perfect setting for enjoying some of the finest gourmet entrees from world-class chef Thomas Keller. The Four Seasons Hotel also holds the Lido Restaurant and Champagne Bar, housed in a building that once served as a 1930-era club featuring Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor.

The Harbour Grill is a first-rate chophouse offering freshly rolled sushi of all kinds. Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill is another fine choice with a wide variety of seafood and steak entrees, and they offer al fresco dining.

Just north of Surfside is Bal Harbour, another area full of sun and fun. The Bal Harbour Shops feature some of the most exclusive labels in the world. If you are in the market for Prada, Valentino, Gucci, Fendi, and many other high-fashion designer items, look no further than the Bal Harbour Shops. The world-class cuisine and world-renowned shops will tempt you to spend the whole afternoon exploring and checking out the highest-quality goods.

Things to Do

One of the biggest benefits of living in Surfside is, of course, Surfside Beach. There are more than two miles of white sandy beach to enjoy. Sunbathing, volleyball, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, and so much more can be found along the sandy shore of Surfside. There is even playground access for the children to enjoy.

The northern section of the beach is designated Surfside Walking Paths but these paths with beach access are used for walking and jogging.

The Surfside Tennis Center is available if you would like lessons or want to use the facilities for a friendly match. Surfside Park offers playgrounds, basketball courts, and a baseball and soccer field. It is an excellent place for the kids to get out any extra energy. The Town of Surfside Waterpark offers a Community Center with a swimming pool and locker room, a waterslide, and even a fitness center.
