Nearly everything lies up or down Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the main thoroughfare that runs parallel to the Atlantic Ocean.

There are over 300 stores in total. The mall also showcases international cuisine from world-famous restaurants, with a 93-foot steel and glass slide known as Aventura Tower Slide. The Bal Harbour Shops are also just minutes away, which includes prime restaurants and high end retailers.

II Mulino New York-Miami, located inside Acqualina Resort and Residences, features fine traditional Italian cuisine, and you can dine al fresco on their private terraces with fantastic ocean views. Things to Do
The Newport Pier offers breathtaking ocean views and is resident-exclusive. The Pelican Community Park is a member-exclusive park and community center. There are programs, classes, and camps held in the center for arts and crafts, athletic events and leagues, and all types of community activities to get involved in.
The Gateway Park covers five acres and offers a butterfly garden, playground, picnic area, and a performance stage. Heritage Park features four acres of fountains, splash pads, playgrounds, and a dog park.
The most popular park is the Samson Oceanfront Park; the name gives away its location. Playground, picnic areas, beach access with a lifeguard, a kiddie pool, beach volleyball, and a refreshment stand. These and the other area parks offer activities like midnight yoga, and outdoor concerts. There are plenty of watersports to enjoy, including paddleboarding, snorkeling, diving, and much more.
