Just as the name suggests, Sunny Isles Beach is a sunny beachfront paradise. The area's welcoming, carefree vibe makes it a fantastic place to live. Over 50 condominium towers offer the ultimate luxury resort-style living accommodations. Meet your needs easily and conveniently. There are also estate-style residential options with yards, perfect for young families aiming to plant their roots. In addition, the community is close to marinas for boating lovers. 

The ultimate shopping experience is a short 10-minute drive, but why drive and bother with parking? The bus service runs every 15 minutes and will have you there in a few minutes. Public transportation is highly user-friendly, and many options are free of charge, like the SIBshuttle. Nearly everything lies up or down Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the main thoroughfare that runs parallel to the Atlantic Ocean.    
 
Sunny Isles Beach is home to some of the most iconics buildings in the area, such as the Acqualina, Jade, and Armani. New constructions are already in process, such as the super exclusive Bentley and St. Regis. 
 

Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

Find more than just shopping over at Aventura Mall. This famous mall features some of the biggest labels from designers worldwide, like Hermes, Prada, Cartier, and so many more. There are over 300 stores in total. The mall also showcases international cuisine from world-famous restaurants, with a 93-foot steel and glass slide known as Aventura Tower Slide. The Bal Harbour Shops are also just minutes away, which includes prime restaurants and high end retailers. 

Dining in Sunny Isles Beach is just as world-class and elegant. II Mulino New York-Miami, located inside Acqualina Resort and Residences, features fine traditional Italian cuisine, and you can dine al fresco on their private terraces with fantastic ocean views. You will find inventive Italian and Mediterranean fare in a warm, cozy, earth-toned setting at Timo. There is Argentinian cuisine served at Baires Grill, or fresh sushi and hibachi can be found at Saka Mori.
 

Things to Do

The Newport Pier offers breathtaking ocean views and is resident-exclusive. The Pelican Community Park is a member-exclusive park and community center. There are programs, classes, and camps held in the center for arts and crafts, athletic events and leagues, and all types of community activities to get involved in. 

The Gateway Park covers five acres and offers a butterfly garden, playground, picnic area, and a performance stage. Heritage Park features four acres of fountains, splash pads, playgrounds, and a dog park. 

The most popular park is the Samson Oceanfront Park; the name gives away its location. Playground, picnic areas, beach access with a lifeguard, a kiddie pool, beach volleyball, and a refreshment stand. These and the other area parks offer activities like midnight yoga, and outdoor concerts. There are plenty of watersports to enjoy, including paddleboarding, snorkeling, diving, and much more. You will not waste any time being bored in this beachfront paradise!
