Peaceful, walkable, family-oriented community with great schools.
Welcome to Bay Harbor Islands
Located between Bal Harbour and the mainland, Bay Harbor Islands offer quiet, primarily residential communities. The West Island has almost exclusively residential properties, including two-story Mediterranean-style homes and mid-century bungalows. Covering 103 acres, the West Island is open only to single-family unit development.
There is a small business district on the East Island, a few two-story and four-story apartment buildings, condominiums, and resort accommodations. Covering 150 acres, the East Island is for multi-family dwellings and businesses.
What to Love
A peaceful, walkable residential community
Many fine-dining choices right on the islands
A variety of things to do and entertainment
Ultra lux shops and stores are close by
The Bay Harbor Islands are separated from the Miami mainland by Biscayne Bay. The Broad Causeway is the roadway connecting the islands and Bal Harbour to the mainland. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore.
The condominium towers offer the ultimate luxury lifestyle and resort-style residential accommodations. These residential communities also provide a number of amenities and facilities and first-class dining options located within the buildings. The homes on the West Island are private family homes with yards and lush gardens — some even feature private docks.
