Welcome to Bay Harbor Islands
Located between Bal Harbour and the mainland, Bay Harbor Islands offer quiet, primarily residential communities. The West Island has almost exclusively residential properties, including two-story Mediterranean-style homes and mid-century bungalows. Covering 103 acres, the West Island is open only to single-family unit development.
There is a small business district on the East Island, a few two-story and four-story apartment buildings, condominiums, and resort accommodations. Covering 150 acres, the East Island is for multi-family dwellings and businesses.

The condominium towers offer the ultimate luxury lifestyle and resort-style residential accommodations. These residential communities also provide a number of amenities and facilities and first-class dining options located within the buildings.
